-- Wash and dry all produce. Adjust oven racks to top and middle positions and preheat oven to 425°F.

In a #medium bowl{}, combine @garam masala{1%tsp}, @smoked paprika{1%tsp}, @garlic powder{½%tsp}, half the @yogurt{½%cup}, juice from one wedge of @lemon{1%unit}, a pinch of @salt{½%tsp}, and @black pepper{¼%tsp}. Toss @chicken thighs{12%oz} in the mixture until evenly coated. Place on a #large baking sheet{}.

In a second #medium microwave-safe bowl{}, combine 2%tbsp water, 2%tsp @sugar{}, and juice from two lemon wedges. Microwave until sugar dissolves ~{15%seconds}. Stir in @shredded red cabbage{3%oz} and set aside to pickle.

Toss @broccoli{8%oz} on the remaining side of the baking sheet with a drizzle of @cooking oil{1%tbsp}, salt, and pepper. Roast chicken and broccoli until chicken is golden and broccoli is tender ~{15%minutes}.
